During this initial meeting you can get to know us, and we can meet your dog and find out about its likes and dislikes; whether it enjoys walking on the lead or running free in the park and other specific requirements.

This allows us to match your dog with other dogs of complementary temperaments and energy levels.

We can also collect a set of keys from you and gather any more information regarding house alarms and vet details to keep on our client files.

Your keys are kept securely and will be returned to you at any time should you wish.

**All home visits include a house check to rotate lights for security and collection of mail.

Dogs must be registered with a local vet.

All hourly rates are charged to the nearest ¼ hour and all our services are subject to availability.

Weekend and bank holidays incur a 50% surcharge.  We recommend you give us as much notice as our regular clients receive priority booking.

There is NO CHARGE if 48 HOURS NOTICE is given for a cancellation.
